Q1: How to obtain vehicle quotations?
We will provide a detailed quotation within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry. 
Q2: Does the vehicle support customized modification?
How long is the modification  cycle? Support personalized modifications (such as engine and cabin structure optimization)  and compliance modifications. Regular modifications are completed within 5 to 7  days, while complex modifications do not exceed 15 days.
Q3: What are the vehicle delivery methods?
We support EXW (Factory Pick-up), FOB/CFR/CIF (Port Delivery) and DDU/DDP  \(Door-to-door service). For cross-border transportation, we can handle customs  \clearance on your behalf.

Q4. How are transportation costs and delivery times calculated? Domestic transportation is approximately 4 yuan per 100 kilometers, while  international transportation is quoted in real time based on the destination port.  Domestic delivery takes 3 to 7 days, and international sea freight takes 7 to 30 days  (depending on the region).

Q5: What is the vehicle warranty policy like?
The engine/transmission is guaranteed for 6 months and the hydraulic system for 3  months. Outside the warranty period, only the cost will be charged. Consumable  parts (such as tires) are not covered by the warranty.
Q6: What vehicle inspection reports and certifications can be provided?
Provide 268 third-party test reports and compliance documents (domestic including  driving license, export including CCIC certification, ISO 9001, etc.). Q7. Is cross-border technical support provided?
Support 7× 12-hour remote guidance. For bulk purchases, on-site service by  engineers can be arranged (travel expenses need to be borne).
Q8: How long is the validity period of the quotation?
The validity period of the quotation is 15 days. In case of exchange rate or policy  changes, a notice will be given 3 days in advance.
Q9: How are vulnerable parts and spare parts purchased?
Orders can be placed with the vehicle or purchased separately after sale  (dispatched within 48 hours). Supply at the original factory cost price. Enjoy a 5%-10%  discount for bulk orders.
Q10: What are the payment methods?
For domestic orders of no more than 50,000 yuan, full payment is required in  advance. International orders support T/T telegraphic transfer (30% deposit, balance  payment before shipment).
